In 2 Peter 3:9 we read "The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." I think probably the most quoted verse in the Bible is John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." God’s heart is for all men everywhere to come to Him for salvation so that He might bless them with eternal life as well as blessing them in the here and now.
As Believers it is our job to take the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world in whatever way the Lord has called us to. Barbara Maddox Ministries has had the privilege and responsibility of doing the Lord’s work in the United States and many foreign countries for over thirty years. The ministry has helped build churches, buy their furniture, purchase sound equipment, and office equipment. It has purchased motorcycles, bicycles, automobiles. Help purchase pastor’s homes as well as other individuals who are God’s servants. Furnish school supplies for numerous schools, pay children’s tuition to Christian schools, help with College education for several students, provide air fares, furnish medical supplies and clothing and many other helps that the Lord has ask the ministry to do.
